Service Description
Once you book the appointment you will receive a form to fill out that you will return via the same email. If our medical team has any questions, our doctor will call you, otherwise your prescription will be issued to the pharmacy of your choice.
Cancellation Policy
**Non-Refundable Booking Fee** To secure your appointment, CUC Medical & Aesthetics requires a €25 non-refundable booking fee for all aesthetic treatments. This fee is applied towards the cost of your treatment and ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. Please note: - The booking fee is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or failure to attend your appointment. - If you wish to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. In such cases, the booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment. - Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee. By paying the booking fee, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms. Let us know if you need any adjustments!
