Service Description
Our minor surgery service provides safe, clinician-led removal of warts, cysts, moles, and other benign skin lesions in a fully medical setting. Procedures are performed by experienced doctors using evidence-based techniques, strict infection-control standards, and appropriate local anaesthesia to ensure patient comfort. All lesions are clinically assessed prior to removal, with dermatoscopy used where indicated. Where clinically appropriate, specimens can be sent for histological analysis. Most procedures are completed in a single visit, with clear aftercare advice and follow-up provided. Please note: the standard fee covers treatment of a single lesion. Where more than one lesion is treated during the same visit, an additional fee may apply, which will be discussed and agreed in advance. We offer prompt access, no long waiting times, and seamless onward referral if further specialist input is required.
Cancellation Policy
**Non-Refundable Booking Fee** To secure your appointment, CUC Medical & Aesthetics requires a €25 non-refundable booking fee for all aesthetic treatments. This fee is applied towards the cost of your treatment and ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. Please note: - The booking fee is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or failure to attend your appointment. - If you wish to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. In such cases, the booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment. - Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee.
