Do I need to fast before a PSA blood test? No. Fasting is not required before a PSA blood test.
Does a raised PSA mean I have prostate cancer? No. A raised PSA can occur for several reasons, including an enlarged prostate, inflammation, infection or recent prostate irritation. Your result should always be interpreted alongside your symptoms and medical history.
Do I need a GP referral? No. You can book directly with CUC Medical & Aesthetics without a referral.
