Service Description
Kindly be advised this is not for new medications or alteration in current medications. In that case book an in person or an online consultation with our medical team. Once the booking is received, your regular medications will be reviewed and are issued the same day however in some cases it can take Upto 24-48 hours and in certain cases longer as medical team may need to review your file and medications. Kindly book prescription renewal in a timely fashion so that you have enough medications for at least 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
**Non-Refundable Booking Fee** To secure your appointment, CUC Medical & Aesthetics requires a €25 non-refundable booking fee for all aesthetic treatments. This fee is applied towards the cost of your treatment and ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. Please note: - The booking fee is non-refundable in cases of cancellation or failure to attend your appointment. - If you wish to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice. In such cases, the booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment. - Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee. By paying the booking fee, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms. Let us know if you need any adjustments!
