Service Description
CUC provides deep ablative laser resurfacing in Kildare and Cavan using the Sciton Contour TRL™, an advanced erbium laser system that allows precise control over the depth of skin resurfacing. This more intensive treatment is designed for patients requiring greater correction than lighter laser peels. By precisely removing damaged layers of skin, deep Contour TRL™ resurfacing may improve the appearance of deeper lines and wrinkles, significant sun damage, uneven texture, pigmentation and other visible signs of skin ageing. Treatment depth is individually selected according to your skin, concerns and desired outcome. As a fully ablative laser procedure, it involves significantly more recovery than treatments such as NanoLaserPeel™ or MicroLaserPeel™, and careful preparation and aftercare are essential. A comprehensive doctor-led consultation and skin assessment are required before treatment. We will assess your medical history and skin suitability and discuss expected outcomes, anaesthesia or pain management, recovery time, potential risks and post-treatment care. Deep laser resurfacing will only be recommended where your CUC clinician considers it clinically appropriate for your skin and treatment goals.
Cancellation Policy
CUC Aesthetics Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking with CUC Medical & Aesthetics, you agree to the following: Cancellations & Changes We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, reschedule or amend an appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a €50 cancellation fee. Failure to attend without notice will also result in a €50 fee. Outstanding fees may need to be paid before further appointments can be booked. Genuine exceptional circumstances may be considered at CUC's discretion. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Significant lateness may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled or cancelled if there is insufficient time to safely complete treatment. A €50 fee may apply. Consultation & Suitability Booking does not guarantee treatment. All aesthetic treatments are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and suitability. CUC may decline, postpone or modify treatment where clinically appropriate. Prescription-only treatments require assessment by an appropriately qualified prescriber. Medical Information Please provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and advise us of any relevant changes before treatment. Results & Aftercare Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Some treatments require multiple sessions or maintenance. Please follow all aftercare advice and contact CUC promptly if you have concerns following treatment. Deposits & Packages Where applicable, late cancellation or non-attendance may result in loss of a deposit, a €50 fee or forfeiture of a treatment session. Courses/packages are non-transferable unless agreed by CUC. Clinical Photography Clinical photographs may be required for treatment planning and medical records. Images will not be used for marketing without separate consent. Milo – Our Clinic Dog Our friendly clinic dog, Milo, may be present. If you have a dog allergy, fear of dogs or prefer not to have contact with Milo, please let us know before your appointment and we will make suitable arrangements. CUC reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment where it would be unsafe, medically inappropriate or not in the patient's best interests.
