Service Description
Online Skin Consultation Ireland Not sure what your skin needs or which treatments and skincare products are right for you? Our Online Skin Consultation gives you access to CUC Medical & Aesthetics’ doctor-led skin specialist team from anywhere in Ireland, all from the comfort of your home. Whether you’re concerned about pigmentation, breakouts, redness, uneven skin tone, texture, fine lines, signs of ageing or your current skincare routine, your consultation begins with understanding your skin and what you would like to improve. During your in-depth online consultation, we’ll discuss your skin concerns, skin history, current skincare routine, previous treatments and goals. Following your assessment, we can create a personalised skincare and treatment plan tailored to your individual skin, lifestyle and concerns. You don’t need to know which product or treatment you need before your appointment. Start with your skin. We’ll help you understand the next step. Photographs Required Before Your Online Skin Consultation To help our skin specialist team assess your skin as accurately as possible online, please send us three clear photographs before your consultation appointment: Front-facing photograph Left-side profile Right-side profile Please take your photographs in clear, natural lighting where possible, with no makeup and no filters. Please also avoid beauty mode, portrait effects or editing the photographs. We need to be able to clearly see your natural skin tone, texture and areas of concern. Your photographs must be submitted before your appointment so our team can review your skin in advance and make the most of your consultation. Expert advice. A personalised skincare and treatment plan. From the comfort of your home.

CUC Online Aesthetic Consultation – Terms & Conditions By booking an online consultation with CUC Medical & Aesthetics, you agree to the following: Cancellations & Changes We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance may incur a €50 fee. Outstanding fees may need to be paid before further bookings. Photographs Required To proceed with your consultation, please email clear photographs to info@cuc.ie before your appointment: front-facing, left profile and right profile. Photos should be taken in good natural light, without makeup or filters where possible. If photos are not received, your consultation may need to be rescheduled. Consultation & Suitability Your clinician will discuss your concerns, medical history, skincare and suitable treatment options. An online consultation does not guarantee treatment, and an in-person assessment may be required before proceeding. In-Person Assessment Treatments including deep laser resurfacing and skin lesion removal may require an additional in-person consultation to examine the skin or lesion and confirm suitability. Concerning lesions may require further investigation, biopsy or referral. Medical Information Please provide accurate information about your medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and relevant skin conditions. Skincare & Delivery Where appropriate, your clinician may recommend a personalised skincare plan. Skincare purchased through CUC can be posted anywhere in Ireland. Product and delivery charges may apply. Results & Treatment Planning Recommendations are based on the information and photographs available. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Some treatments require multiple sessions, maintenance or further assessment. Clinical Photography Photographs provided may form part of your confidential clinical record and be used for assessment and treatment planning. They will not be used for marketing without separate consent. CUC may recommend an in-person assessment or decline, postpone or modify treatment where clinically appropriate.
